All commissions are requested via Google form only. please, be aware that submitting a commission request does not guarantee your commission will be accepted.

After reviewing your commission request, if accepted, I will send you a proposal with final pricing + ask for additional details / clarification.

Once you accept this and pay the provided invoice, your commission will be added to my working queue.

the commission request or information you provide on the google form should contain all information wanted in the commission.

You may choose your preferred method of communication when you start a commission request.

I’ll attempt to contact you on the chosen platform using the information you provide.

If I am unable to do so, I will default to e-mail.

I'm available from Monday to Friday. I do not respond to business related messages on my scheduled days off.

3 weeks up to 4 months, depending on the commission complexity and my schedule.

PLEASE, be patient. I'll do my best to finish your commission and to make you feel satisfied and happy with my work.

Updating or changing references is allowed in the sketching phase prior to finalization

screenshots and wips are available upon request.

If wips are requested, i will contact you for check-ins at least once during the each stage of the commission process.

During these check-ins you may request changes. If you'd like to request multiple changes, please include all of them in a single message.

major changes or changes in expression, pose, etc., afterwards will come with a fee.

any mistakes on my side will be fixed for free.

custom designs are fully concepted, tweaked, and approved before finalization.

No major changes are allowed in the finishing phase that will heavily impact the overall composition of the commissioned artwork.

all prices are listed in USD.

payment is done through paypal invoice / ko-fi.

please, make sure you have all the funds before requesting to commission.

commission prices are subject to change over time and may vary depending on order complexity. understand that more complex characters will have extra fees.

if your commission request is accepted, payment is expected within 24-48 hours.

Payments are preferably made in full upfront unless a payment plan is discussed for orders exceeding $120.

for orders priced at or above $120, payment is 50% upfront, and 50% after the final check-in.

you must pay the full amount before receiving the final product.

commissions will not be started until full payment is received.

please!!! don’t do payments by yourself with my Paypal or Ko-fi before the request is accepted ( as it makes me incredibly uncomfortable ) — always wait until I give you the okay / send the invoice.

I reserve the right to decline a commission request without justification or followup.

I do not offer refunds. The exception to this is if I've missed the final deadline or otherwise failed to deliver your commission due to my own negligence.

If this is the case, I will contact you to discuss a refund amount proportionate to the work already done.

you will receive the commission in its current, unfinished state.

Do not issue chargebacks. You may request a refund and cancel the commission only if I take more than 5 months without significant progress past the sketching phase.

Once the final product is sent, a refund is not permitted.

i retain all copyright to the commissioned work. this includes but is not limited to: posting the art on my social media, using it in my portfolio, and using it for promotional purposes.

this also includes commercial use, such as for prints or merchandise.

I also reserve the right to record and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.

you have ownership of the artwork. personal use of received art is encouraged and appreciated, this includes things like making physical copies of the art for personal use or as a gift for someone.

the commissioned art should not be altered or edited without permission.

my watermark should remain intact.

clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their finished commission for non-fungible tokens. use of my artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non-fungible tokens, blockchains, or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

Commercial use involves any project that can generate income or is linked to financial gain. This includes using artwork for branding, marketing, or on monetized social media platforms like Twitch and YouTube.

Proper credit is still required when using the work in any commercial form.

do not sell or trade my character designs off of toyhou.se !

you may credit me as the designer on toyhou.se and other platforms.

small changes to the design are okay as long as the design is still recognizable.

co-owning is not allowed. i do not allow separate character profiles from the original.

tradelocking is strictly prohibited.

do not hide / delete my designs from me. please, authorise me or make a key-link for me if you want to keep characters hidden.

design cooldown: all my designs have an ownership cooldown of two weeks.

if you’re re-selling one of my designs, please tag me so i can help you promote them and increase chances of you selling it.

remember that unless you have personal or paid commissioned artwork of the design that could up their worth, you may not sell a design for more than its original value.

no added art value: resell for the original price.

added art value: resell for the total value (original price + art).

things that don’t not count towards character worth are gifts, raffle prizes, art trades and art fight attacks.

please, do not sell, gift or trade any of my designs to any blacklisted individual.
