I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission offering for any reason.

The use of my work in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI image generation technologies is strictly prohibited.

revisions are only allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price. Anything past that will require an additional cost.

Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free.

I'm available Monday to Friday. I do not respond to messages on my scheduled days off.

For communication, please use Discord or Instagram DMs. I will respond within 24 hours. Kindly maintain courtesy.

3 weeks up to 4 months, depending on complexity and the current state of my queue.

PLEASE be patient. I'll do my best to finish your commission and to make you feel satisfied and happy with my work.

Payments are preferably made in full upfront.

I will only begin commission work after I receive full payment.

Only engage in a transaction with me if you are at least 18 years old and capable of making payments independently (i.e., you have your own PayPal account, credit card, etc). I will not issue invoices to anyone other than the client unless prior discussion and explicit agreement have taken place.

I have the right to cancel a commission for my own reasons at any time, but you will receive a full refund if this occurs.

Once the final product is sent, a refund is not permitted.

If you wish to cancel a commission prior to completion, I will issue partial refunds at my discretion. The amount refunded depends on the amount of work that has yet to be completed.

i retain my intellectual property, including the right to be credited and publish the art in my personal portfolio and social media.

I also reserve the right to record and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.

personal use of received art is encouraged and appreciated, this includes things like making physical copies of the art for personal use or as a gift for someone.

Commercial use involves any project that can generate income or is linked to financial gain. This includes using artwork for branding, marketing, or on monetized social media platforms like Twitch and YouTube.

Proper credit is still required when using the work in any commercial form.

you may credit me as the designer on toyhou.se and other platforms.

small changes to the design are okay as long as the design is still recognizable.

co-owning is not allowed.

tradelocking is strictly prohibited.

if you’re re-selling one of my designs, please tag me so i can help you promote them and increase chances of you selling it.

remember that unless you have personal or paid commissioned artwork of the design, you may not sell a design for more than its original value.

no added art value: resell for the original price.

added art value: resell for the total value (original price + art).

things that don’t not count towards character worth are gifts, raffle prizes, art trades and art fight attacks.

please, do not sell, gift or trade any of my designs to any blacklisted individual.
