Please, read this page thoroughly before commissioning me. By placing an order, you are automatically agreeing to these terms.

Remember that I reserve the right to decline any commission offerings if the project is not suitable for me to complete.

All commissions will be communicated through Direct Messages, Discord or E-mail. I am available for updates and questions during week days. Please allow up to 3 hours for responses.

Only participate in any transaction with me if you are over the age of 18, and can pay of your ability ( have your own PayPal account, credit card, etc ).

Payments are due upfront in full ( or with an agreed payment plan, if applicable ).

Commissions will not be started until payments have been cleared. No exceptions.

Payments made via PayPal Invoices will always be coming from the e-mail [email protected]

All prices are subject to an additional PayPal fee. This fee is a small percentage added to the service's total cost to cover the transaction fees charged by PayPal. The exact fee will be calculated and communicated to you in the final proposal.

You may request a 50-25-25 payment plan for big commissions totalling over USD 100 or more.

The plan consists of a 50% non-refundable deposit and two payments of 25% each.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if the work has not been started.

However, once I begin working on your commission, only partial refunds will be issued depending on its status of completion.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund if I feel uncomfortable with the project.

If the Invoice has been sent and has not been paid for over a week, I will automatically cancel the commission unless there is mutual agreement regarding the delay.

Upon cancelling a commission, you will receive a PDF copy of the Invoice.

Limited adjustments.

The initial sketch includes up to 3 minor revisions at no additional cost. Beyond that, additional adjustments may incur a fee ( up to $12 usd ).

No major changes are allowed in the finishing stage that will affect the overall composition of the artwork.

Once an order is completed and delivered, no further adjustments can be made.

Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free.

Estimated delivery times range from 1 week to 4 months, but may be extended during peak periods.

If you need a specific deadline, please communicate it at the time of purchase. Priority commissions are subject to an additional fee.

If any major issues come up that impact my ability to make commissions, I will let you know about it. Inquiries on the progress of the commission are always more than welcomed as long as they are reasonable and not persistent.

Other factors influencing the commission speed can include: physical or mental health issues, family circumstances and order complexity.

Unless explicitly requested otherwise, I reserve the right to share the process of any completed commissions on my portfolio and social media.

If you wish to keep your commission private, please let me know at the time of purchase.

Private commissions will not be featured in my portfolio or shared on my social media, but they will be included in my Trello queue.

As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork. I retain rights to artist credits and publish the art on my social media, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolio.

Additionally, my art may not be used for AI or blockchain-related projects.

You may use the art for personal purposes, such as printing or reposting on your social media, as long as there is no direct commercial use.

Direct monetisation or resale of the art is prohibited.

You may not alter, modify, or edit the commissioned artwork or design yourself or through third parties without explicit permission.

Failure to adhere to any of the above policies may result in actions such as, but not limited to, revoking usage rights, placing the client on a blacklist for future commissions, and/or taking appropriate action to protect the integrity of my work.

In cases of unauthorised modifications, chargebacks, or other breaches, I reserve the right to pursue any necessary steps to enforce these terms.

In the event of a chargeback or any form of extortion; I may publish the offender's relevant social media, PayPal email, and business-related exchanges ( such as emails and invoices ) as proof of breaking my Terms of Service. Personal information ( such as addresses ) will be redacted.

It is very important that any of my designs get sold to anyone outside of the invite-only website Toyhouse. I just wish to keep track of all of my character designs.

If you are interested in obtaining one of my designs but you do not have a Toyhouse account, please reach out to me and I will kindly provide you with an Invite Code to join the site.

I do retain the copyright to the artwork and for being the creator of the design. Meaning that the character belongs to the client, but they were not the one responsible to design it.

In the case of redesigns, i only maintain rights to my artwork and as a secondary designer.

Once bought, the client can use the design in comics, books and such, as long as proper credit is given.

You can make small changes to the design upon obtaining them like changing the eye colour, make small colour palette or marking editions.

Editing a design is possible, but please, do not make the design unrecognisable from their original.

Editing my original art file in any way, including removing the watermark, is not allowed.

If you’re re-selling one of my designs, please tag me so I can help you promote them and increase chances of you selling it.

Remember that unless you have personal or paid commissioned artwork of the design, you may not sell it for more than its original value. Things that don’t not count towards worth are gifts, raffle prizes, art trades and art fight attacks.

All my designs come a high resolution reference, if you decide to re-sell it, it is your responsibility to deliver such file to the new owner.
