hi hi, i’m dulcea (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶) .ᐟ a lesbian artist based in Argentina who is very passionate about drawing soft, pretty female characters.I've been doing digital art since 2014 when I took up arts and audiovisual production back in high school — started freelancing over my senior year, during the COVID-19 global pandemic. currently studying to become an English teacher.

the visual star of my socials, and a somewhat representation of my online persona! chue reflects different parts of me, but also serve as her own character ♥︎a fluffy dragon-like creature that shares an special connection to sparrows.

Terms of Service

Please read this page thoroughly before placing an order!By getting a commission from me, you are agreeing to the terms below. Any violation of these rules will result in the cancellation of your commission / blacklisting from my services.

  • selection process — commissions are not first-come, first-served.

  • payment — full payment upfront via PayPal or Ko-fi.

  • payment plans are happily offered for all orders totalling $100 usd or more.

  • turnaround time — a few days up to a 3 months per piece, possibly longer if delays are experienced.

  • interest checks and quotes — can be requested at any time; payment is not required immediately.

  • non-ai & nft policy — all my artwork is strictly for personal use. under no circumstances may it be used for nft (non-fungible token) purposes or as data for generative ai training/scraping.

  • commercial use requires a separate fee.

  • ordering — requests are made via Google Form.

  • i select projects based on interest, expected queue length, available time, and overall complexity.

  • revisions — free while we’re in the sketching stage. any further revisions will require a small fee ( $5-$10 depending on the change ).

  • any mistakes of missing details on my part after finalisation will be fixed for free.

  • active days — i draw from Monday to Friday ( business days only ! ).

  • rest days — i take the weekends and holidays off to recharge, so I won’t be replying to DMs or emails during those times.

  • currency — all prices are listed in USD.

  • invoicing — do not send funds until an invoice is provided. payment is due within 48 hours.

  • payment plans — for all orders totalling $120 or more. i offer 50/50 splits.

  • a 50% non-refundable down-payment is required to secure your slot on the queue.

  • the remaining 50% must be paid before the final illustration is delivered.

  • installments are flexible (e.g. 2 weeks or 1 month). just ask me about a timeline that works for you!

  • the final commission will be sent once the full balance is cleared !

  • refund policy — no refunds are offered unless i cancel the order myself. should that happen, i will give a full refund or a partial one depending on the progress of the order.

  • chargebacks — strictly prohibited. contact me directly for any issues.

  • artist rights — i retain all copyright to the commissioned work. including the right to post, promote, and record the commission process.

  • personal use — this is for all your private goodies! you’re welcome to:

  • use the art for profile pictures, banners, or wallpapers.

  • post it on your social media with proper credit to me.

  • make personal prints ( like stickers for just you or a gift for a friend! ).

  • commercial use — applies to any art used for profit, including social twitch/youtube graphics, merchandise (stickers, prints), or promotional branding.

  • a standard fee of 100% to 200% of the base price will be added to the total of commercial rights.

  • the client receives the right to use the image for their specific business needs, but copyright remains with me unless a buyout is negotiated.

  • even with commercial rights, i must be clearly credited on the platform or product listing.

  • a note on AI & NFTs — regardless of the license ( personal or commercial ), clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their finished commission for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or generative AI (training, prompting, or "fixing").

  • toyhou.se — designs must stay on toyhou.se with proper credits. do not hide or delete the profile.

  • ownership — two-week ownership cooldown. no co-owning or tradelocking.

  • resale value — resale value = original price + commissioned or personal art only. gifts, and trades do not add monetary value

  • blacklist — designs may not be sold or traded to blacklisted individuals.

i reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who have previously violated my terms of service, exhibited harassment, or are on my private blacklist.before gifting or transferring any of my designs / art, please contact me about my private blacklist status.

  • disrespect — harassment, hate speech, or being unkind to me or my community.

  • chargebacks — opening a paypal dispute without contacting me first.

  • tracing / ai — using my art for ai training or tracing my work.

  • ghosting — repeatedly failing to pay invoices without communication.

  • Additional characters: +50% of the original price.

  • complexity fees: these start at +20% and apply to extra detailed designs (like wings, extra limbs, or intricate markings). if you're unsure, just ask me!

  • secure logistics: to ensure a smooth experience, all physical products are sent to my Florida-based hub for secure handling to Argentina
